How will Russell Westbrook fit?

It was a bit of a surprise that the Lakers elected to acquire Westbrook over Buddy Hield this offseason.

Hield would have brought more shooting to the lineup and Los Angeles could have found a point guard that could fit with LeBron James and Anthony Davis.

The addition of Westbrook isn’t an awful one with the shooters the Lakers added, but it remains to be seen how he fits on his new team.

Russell Westbrook isn’t an efficient shooter and he is effective when he’s dominating possession of the ball.

However, Russell Westbrook does give the Lakers someone that can run the offense outside of James, and if Westbrook refrains from taking ill-advised shots, he could be efficient in an offense with loads of talent.
