Miami Heat are the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference

Yes, I know, I already said that the Heat could be a legitimate threat to win an NBA title in the upcoming season. However, not many people are prepared to say that Miami can be the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference.

That being said, I believe the addition of Kyle Lowry allows the Heat to have the firepower to surpass the Bucks and the Brooklyn Nets in the regular season.

A trio of Lowry, Jimmy Butler, and Bam Adebayo is more than enough to rival any team in the NBA as long as they remain healthy.

Chicago Bulls are a top four seed in the Eastern Conference

I’m a big fan of what the Chicago Bulls did this offseason. Besides being able to get Lonzo Ball in a sign-and-trade, Chicago was able to acquire DeMar DeRozan in a sign-and-trade.

On top of that, the Bulls added Alex Caruso to improve their depth in the backcourt. A starting lineup of Ball, Zach LaVine, DeRozan, Patrick Williams, and Nikola Vucevic should be more than enough to make a run at the playoffs.

I’ll take it a step further and say Chicago finishes as a top-four seed in the Eastern Conference.
