3. Jordan Clarkson
The Utah Jazz has done an excellent job handling their salary cap. They don’t have any bad contracts currently on their books. But, they were looking to possibly shake things up this offseason, as they shopped Bojan Bogdanovic and Joe Ingles, but to no avail.
Jordan Clarkson is coming off a Sixth Man of the Year award-winning season but was named the Jazz’s worst contract currently on the roster. The Chicago Bulls were named as a possible trade partner, and it makes some sense.
Chicago wants to get back into the postseason. Their spending this offseason was evident of that, so why not take it another step and acquire a spark plug for the bench? The Bulls’ second unit could use a jolt and Jordan Clarkson would provide just that.
While not the most efficient player, Clarkson can heat up instantly off the bench. He averaged 18.4 points per game in only 26.7 minutes last season. He isn’t the best at setting the table for others and leaves a little to be desired defensively, but he can certainly fill it up offensively.

Chicago would likely be interested should the Jazz make him available. They are zoned in on making the postseason and Jordan Clarkson would certainly help them accomplish that goal.
