Both Kyrie Irving and James Harden dealt with injuries during the postseason. This caused Brooklyn to be eliminated in seven games by the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round.

Valanciunas is a big man who can score and rebound on both ends of the floor. He is a double double machine and his game is only growing on both ends. On a team like the nets, Valanciunas will not have a lot of pressure on his shoulders and will be able to play his game effectively.
