Best Landing Spot: Miami Heat
The Miami Heat revamped their backcourt this offseason. Both point guards from last season, Goran Dragic and Kendrick Nunn are no longer with the team.
Dragic was included in the sign-and-trade deal that landed Kyle Lowry in South Beach. Dragic, along with Precious Achiuwa and a future second-round pick, was sent to Toronto. Nunn signed a two-year, $10.3 million deal with the Los Angeles Lakers in free agency.
While Lowry will step into the starting point guard role, the Heat has yet to find a replacement for Nunn. Gabe Vincent right now is penciled into the backup point guard spot.
While the Heat may be high on him, a team looking to contend likely wants a more established player and Rajon Rondo would present that.

Rondo would be an excellent fit in the second unit for the Heat. He would provide another veteran for Vincent to learn from and give the Heat some solid minutes with the second unit. His skillset and personality should fit in well with the Heat Culture that has been built.
