3. Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cleveland Cavaliers have done a lot of losing in recent years. Since LeBron James left, they have landed in the lottery every season. It has helped them put together a solid young core that includes Collin Sexton, Darius Garland, Isaac Okoro and the most recent No. 3 overall pick, Evan Mobley.
When you include Jarrett Allen, who was acquired in the James Harden blockbuster last season, the Cavaliers have a solid core to build around. Now, it is time to start bringing in some veteran players to start winning some games.
Kyle Anderson and Dillon Brooks would both be good targets for the Cavaliers as they need help on the wing. Anderson should come at a much cheaper price than Brooks, making him a strong target.
Anderson’s newfound 3-point stroke will help the Cavaliers, who were the worst 3-point shooting team in the NBA last season. They were 30th in 3-point percentage, 29th in makes and 28th in attempts. While not very high-volume, a 36 percent shooter would help the Cavaliers’ offense.

Anderson would also bring some defense and playmaking to the table. Without a pure point guard, having secondary facilitators is imperative to helping an offense click.
