3. Oklahoma City Thunder
The Oklahoma City Thunder are still in the early stages of their rebuild. They have one bonafide building block in Shai Gilgoues-Alexander, who they signed to a max rookie extension this offseason. Eventually, they are going to have to start getting him some help.
Oklahoma City added multiple future first-round picks again this offseason, just adding to their overflowing war chest of draft capital. Sam Presti has done a magnificent job stockpiling assets and will eventually have to turn them into something worthwhile.
Taking a shot on a player like Cam Reddish would be a worthwhile investment for the Thunder. Oklahoma City has a lot of intriguing talent in the backcourt, as they used both first-round picks on guards this summer. But, they are lacking on the wing.
Reddish would be able to develop his game at his own pace with the Thunder. Unlike the Atlanta Hawks, who are now moving toward win-now mode, the Thunder aren’t too concerned with wins and losses just yet. They are more focused on player development and building a foundation for the future.

Reddish would be an excellent player to take a gamble on as a foundational piece for the wing going forward. With so many first-round draft picks at their disposal, the Thunder should have no issues sending one to Atlanta in exchange for Reddish.
