Malcolm Brogdon
The Los Angeles Clippers have done a revamping of their backcourt this offseason. As things currently stand, Reggie Jackson is the only holdover from the guard rotation on the roster heading into the 2021-22 season.
Eric Bledsoe figures to play a prominent role in the rotation during the 2021-22 season, but he has not played good basketball in recent years. Los Angeles should not settle for him potentially being their starting point guard this season and should look into the availability of someone such as Malcolm Brogdon.
Malcolm Brogdon has been shopped by the Indiana Pacers this offseason, as they have had some questions about whether he was their long-term option at the point guard position. If Indiana is still having those worries, the Clippers should look to make a deal.
Upgrading the point guard spot is something the Clippers have been trying to do and it is a tough sell to say Bledsoe represents that upgrade. Brogdon would bring strong two-way play and help replace the loss of Leonard for this season.

Malcolm Brogdon is coming off a career-high 21.2 points per game. That scoring punch and his playmaking would help keep the Clippers afloat until they can get Leonard back in the mix.
