Dallas Mavericks
The more and more time passes, the more likely it seems that the Dallas Mavericks are going to stick with their duo of Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis next season.
Doncic recently inked an extension with the Mavericks, but Porzinigis has failed to show consistency as the sidekick to Doncic. Nevertheless, with Jason Kidd as the new head coach of the franchise, Dallas may want to give it one more year before they give up on the Porzinigis experiment.
The Mavericks have done a good job this offseason by re-signing Tim Hardaway Jr. and signing guys like Sterling Brown and Reggie Bullock. But what Dallas needs — even with Jalen Brunson emerging as a key contributor — is a point guard that can take some pressure off of Doncic.
John Wall would give them a capable scorer at the point guard position that can create for others, and it would allow Brunson to run the bench unit.

As long as Porzinigis and Wall could remain healthy, a trio of Doncic, Wall, and Porzingis would be a formidable one in the West.
