NBA veteran Jamal Crawford played in one game with the Brooklyn Nets during the 2019-20 season. He has not played in the league consistently since 2019 when he was a member of the Phoenix Suns and ended the season with a bang.
Crawford became the first player in NBA history to score 50+ points with four different franchises, as he poured in 51 points in the season finale with the Suns. He had scored 50 points previously with the Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks and Golden State Warriors. He also became the oldest player in NBA history to score 50+ points in that game with the Suns.
While Crawford was unable to latch on with an NBA team for the 2020-21 season, he showed during his Pro-Am, The Crawsover, that he can still fill it up even at 41-years old.
Given how many teams are hungry for a player that can get a bucket at any moment, it is surprising that Crawford has not latched on with a team since that performance Suns outside of an injury-riddled Nets team being desperate for bodies.

His age is definitely a deterrent, but there are still some contending teams that could use a veteran off the bench for spot minutes that can provide instant offense.
