2. Washington Wizards
The Washington Wizards made one big transaction this offseason, trading Russell Westbrook to the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for Kyle Kuzma, Montrezl Harrell, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and the No. 22 pick in the 2021 NBA Draft. They flipped the No. 22 pick to the Indiana Pacers in exchange for Aaron Holiday and the 31st pick in the draft.
Bradley Beal not requesting a trade has enabled the Wizards to go forward building up the roster around him. The acquisitions they made from Westbrook and subsequently flipping the pick have given them some excellent depth when you include the sign-and-trade acquisition of Spencer Dinwiddie.
The Wizards are looking to go for it with Beal as their centerpiece, so why not take a swing for the fences and add someone such as Kristaps Porzingis as well?
Porzingis could be the second star alongside Beal that helps get the Wizards back into the playoff picture in the Eastern Conference. He, Dinwiddie and Beal would be quite a trio offensively for teams to deal with.

With Daniel Gafford and Harrell on the roster, Porzings would also be afforded the chance to play power forward almost exclusively, which is what he prefers to do.
