Los Angeles Lakers
Arguably the biggest need for the Los Angeles Lakers this offseason is to add more perimeter scoring to their roster. Adding a scoring threat like Terrence Ross to the mix is exactly the kind of scorer that the Lakers are missing.
Ross is a career 36.7 percent shooter from deep and can get hot at a moment’s notice. He is a spark plug off the bench and would benefit greatly playing alongside a playmaker of LeBron James’ caliber.
Standing 6’6”, Ross would give the Lakers another wing player that can play a little defense. He would present a great backup to Kentavious Caldwell-Pope off the bench, as the Lakers have very little on the wing during the 2020-21 season when it came to depth.
As for a trade, the Lakers could offer Kyle Kuzma and the No. 22 overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft.

Kuzma would help the Magic balance out their roster, as they have a lot to build around in the backcourt and frontcourt, but not on the wings. He is also five years younger than Ross, so he fits Orlando’s timeline better.
