Memphis Grizzlies
Unlike the Pelicans, the Memphis Grizzlies were able to advance to the playoffs despite their youthful core. Ja Morant and Dillon Brooks were remarkable down the stretch, with Jonas Valanciunas operating as the savvy veteran that happened to be a brick wall in the paint.
Jaren Jackson Jr. is also a key piece for Memphis’ future, whether he plays the center or power forward position moving forward. What the Grizzlies need is a shooting guard that can pair well with Morant.
Trading for Eric Gordon would give them an experienced guard that can handle the ball and space the floor.
A move for Gordon would give Memphis the opportunity to move Brooks to small forward or have Kyle Anderson stay at small forward, pushing Gordon to a sixth-man role.

Regardless of what his role would be, Gordon could be a massive help for a Grizzlies team that needs to fill a few holes before they are considered contenders in a competitive Western Conference.
