Does this trade make sense for the Sacramento Kings?

It seems likely for the Sacramento Kings to make some sort of move this offseason. The question remains, which player is going to be sent away? If the answer is tp trade De’Aaron Fox, Sacramento would get their biggest return of any other option and would invite a hard reset.

The frontcourt has been a problem for the Kings over the past couple years. Bagley has not turned out to be the star they were hoping for when they took him second overall in the 2018 NBA Draft.

Richaun Holmes is another player that could be used as a trade piece moving forward. This deal would give them some depth and new faces in the frontcourt.

If this deal is made, the Kings should hold onto Hield. They would get three first-round picks and the 10th in this year’s draft. That means they would have back-to-back picks in the first round to add some elite prospects.

This is something that should be intriguing to a rebuilding team like Sacramento. It will be interesting to see what the front office decides to do but the Kings have to make some noise moving forward.
