Lauri Markkanen
Finding power forwards and centers that can stretch the floor has been a primary focus for teams across the association. There are going to be a few floor-spacing bigs available in free agency, including Lauri Markkanen.
Markkanen was a first-round pick of the Chicago Bulls in the 2017 NBA Draft and he’s been a solid player for them since. While injuries have prevented him from reaching his full potential, Markkanen has averaged 15.6 points and 7.1 rebounds per game, along with him being a career 36.6 percent shooter from three-point range.
Many teams would love to have Markkanen on their roster and the Bulls don’t seem interested in re-signing him in free agency.
Richaun Holmes
It has been quite the ride for Richaun Holmes thus far, beginning his career with the Philadelphia 76ers, only to end up playing for the Sacramento Kings in the past two seasons.
Even though he hasn’t gotten a chance to play for a contending team in Sacramento, he’s earned himself a nice payday this offseason due to his increased production.

After notching 7.7 points and 4.4 rebounds per game in his first four years in the NBA, Holmes has notched 13.4 points and 8.2 rebounds per game in his two years with the Kings. The veteran center will likely decide to get paid by a team that has a better chance to advance to the postseason rather than return to Sacramento.
