Los Angeles Clippers Receive: G Kemba Walker
Oklahoma City Thunder Receive: F Marcus Morris Sr., C Ivica Zubac, G Luke Kennard, LAC 2021 1st Round Pick (Pick #25), LAC 2024 2nd Round Pick
Again, if this trade was to be something talked about, the Thunder and Clippers would most definitely get a third and possibly a fourth team involved in this deal since the Thunder would likely not want to take on the contracts of both Marcus Morris Sr. and Luke Kennard.
However, Ivica Zubac is definitely a player they would be intrigued by and possibly interested in if they were to trade Kemba Walker. The Thunder need a center and at just 24-years-old, Zubac fits the mold of being a young player, but brings a ton of experience with him as well.
For the last two and a half years, Ivica Zubac has been a key contributor for the Clippers and even though he has been in and out of the starting rotation, he has made an impact in whatever role he has been in. Oklahoma City will likely draft a big man with one of their three first-round picks this year, but adding Zubac is definitely valuable for them.
Speaking of draft picks, the Thunder would also be receiving the Clippers’ 25th overall pick in this year’s draft, meaning this is a trade that would likely be done on draft night.

Los Angeles cannot trade their 2021 first-round pick outright due to the Stepien Rule, but they are allowed to draft a player and then subsequently trade the rights to said player to any team in the league.
Marcus Morris Sr. and Luke Kennard are both solid players/contributors, but the Thunder do not really want to be tied down to long-term contracts, which is why they would look to bring in other teams that will take on these guys at the expense of a draft pick in favor of Oklahoma City.

As for the Clippers, adding Kemba Walker to their team immediately sets them apart from the team they had this year. They desperately need a contributor at the point guard position and with Walker and possibly even Reggie Jackson as well, the Clippers would have a championship caliber backcourt with Kawhi Leonard and Paul George next to them on the wing.
Adding Walker to their team is definitely not a bad idea for the Clippers as they hunt to add talent to their roster this offseason, but is it worth making this trade at the expense of three key role players and a young talent they could add in the first-round of the 2021 NBA Draft?
