Boston Celtics
It was a disappointing season for the Boston Celtics. They dealt with inconsistencies and injuries throughout the season that landed them in the seventh spot in the Eastern Conference. Kemba Walker was traded away and this was the first of some big moves that could come from Boston.
Brad Stevens has moved into the front office and could look to make some noise during his first offseason in a new role. The Celtics have a history of making some big moves and this year might not be so different.
Boston has some star power with Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown but there is not much else. This is where they could look to add some assets either at point guard or to add some depth.
The Celtics were rumored to be interested in moving up in the NBA Draft last year but they could have been waiting a bit. There is more reason for urgency to get a deal done of this nature when considering the shortcomings of the group.

The Celtics are expected to compete in a weak Eastern Conference but they did not do that this year. The offseason will see the Celtics try to add some more players in hopes of competing right away.
