2. Sign Derrick Rose
Who would have thought that Derrick Rose would make an appearance on a list about contending teams wanting to win a title? Well, he showed more than enough during his time with the New York Knicks this season.
Rose still has plenty left in the tank and could be interested in joining a team ready to win a title. He gave a ton to the Knicks during the postseason. He was their best player and that was obvious from the first game of the series against the Atlanta Hawks.
Rose showed a certain burst and explosiveness that we have not seen in quite some time from him. Rose improved his jump shot and still had quickness with the ball in his hands.
All of that would benefit Utah off the bench. Mitchell has dealt with his bumps and bruises over the years and Rose would act as a security blanket in case of injury.

Rose is another veteran option that would benefit a team looking to win a championship. He is close to Tom Thibodeau so it will be interesting to see if he stays but if not, the Utah Jazz could be one of the teams interested.
