Philadelphia 76ers Receive: Damian Lillard, 2025 first-round pick
Portland Trail Blazers Receive: Ben Simmons, Tyrese Maxey, 2022 first-round pick, 2024 first-round pick, 2023 second-round pick, 2023 second-round pick (via ATL, CHA, or BKN)
With Joel Embiid being the franchise cornerstone, the 76ers need to focus on adding more shooting around him. Getting Lillard would be a fantastic addition, as he would improve the shooting on the team, and give them a point guard that can orchestrate the offense.
Opposing teams would have a tough time game planning on how they were going to defend both Lillard and Embiid on the floor together.
As for the Trail Blazers, they would receive Simmons in the deal, giving them a point-forward that could bring versatility to the lineup.
While Simmons’ defense is elite, Portland would hope that he finally evolves his game on the offensive end. Besides Simmons, the 76ers would send Tyrese Maxey, a 2022 first-round pick, a 2024 first-round pick, and a couple of future second-round picks.

Maxey would be a young player that Portland could develop for the future in hopes he becomes a long-term fixture in the organization. Maybe running Maxey at point guard and Simmons at one of the forward spots would maximize their strengths.
