Tyler Herro

There have already been NBA trade rumors featuring Tyler Herro this offseason. The Miami Heat have been linked to some big-name players and that means they could clear some space. Herro could be one of the players moved in a trade.

This could be an opportunity for the Kings to slide in. Herro has played two years in the league and has improved in each one. He is still young enough to where the Heat could get a draft pick for him.

Tyler Herro excels at playing off-the-catch and could shoulder greater playmaking responsibility on a team that needs it like the Kings. It would be worth a shot for Sacramento to make an offer on draft night if Herro is available. He is the type of wing that would fit well next to Fox.

Herro can do it all on the offensive end and still has some room to improve. He has the making of a starting guard for years to come and that is what the Kings should be looking for to rebuild.

There may be higher priority positions to address since Tyrese Haliburton projects as being a long-term backcourt partner with Fox. If the Kings do feel as though Tyler Herro can be a long-term answer, it is certainly worth entertaining.
