Boston Celtics
Similar to the Pacers, there are alterations being made by the Boston Celtics, who had Danny Ainge step down as the President of Basketball Operations following a first-round elimination by the Brooklyn Nets.

Brad Stevens was relieved as the Celtics’ head coach, and he was promoted to Ainge’s previous role in the front office. While the team searches for a new head coach, Stevens and the other members of the front office are tasked with surrounding Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown with more talent.
For me personally, the Celtics should use their draft pick in a trade package to net them another star this offseason. However, even with Stevens replacing Ainge, I still don’t have confidence that Boston is going to pull the trigger on a trade for a big-name player. In that case, they could trade up in the draft to get another young building stone in Davion Mitchell.
As of this moment, the Celtics are projected to have the 16th overall pick in the first round of this year’s draft. If Boston decides to trade Marcus Smart, who has been rumored as a trade candidate recently, then Davion Mitchell would be an ideal replacement for Smart.
Mitchell’s ability to create on the offensive end, along with his pristine defense, would be welcomed alongside Tatum and Brown, especially with Kemba Walker likely on his way out as well.
