Tim Hardaway Jr.
Adding another player that can create for himself and put the ball in the basket is near the top of the Grizzlies’ to-do list this offseason. Aggressively pursuing Dallas Mavericks shooting guard Tim Hardaway Jr. would accomplish that goal.

Hardaway Jr. knocked down 3.0 3-pointers per game this season with the Dallas Mavericks, averaging 16.6 points per game. There were times this season that he, not Kristaps Porzingis, was the Mavericks’ second-best player alongside Luka Doncic.
Let’s not forget, Tim Hardaway Jr. was even better in the Mavericks’ first-round series against the LA Clippers, knocking down 40.3 percent of his 3-point attempts.
That kind of scoring punch would be welcomed with wide-open arms in Memphis, where scoring was sometimes a struggle. Having a third player alongside Morant and Brooks to take some pressure off of them should be a priority for Memphis this offseason.
