Does this trade make sense for the Sacramento Kings?
The Sacramento Kings would deal away the very frustrated Marvin Bagley III to land a center who could fill a more fitting role. Mo Bamba is a very talented center who quite simply just needs to be surrounded by better coaching and better weapons, both of which he would have in Sacramento.

Mo Bamba, a former No. 6 overall pick by the Orlando Magic back in the 2018 NBA Draft, hasn’t emerged into the player that Orlando was hoping he would be, but he has shown off his exceptional defensive abilities in spurts.
Bamba, who stands at a whopping seven feet tall, was known as a top tier rim protector coming out of Texas in the 2018 NBA Draft and he has certainly shown flashes of the potential he could bring to the league.
With Richaun Holmes set to reach NBA free agency this offseason, it remains to be seen if he will stay in Sacramento. Marvin Bagley III is not an answer at the five spot in the Western Conference. Taking a chance on Mo Bamba as a replacement option would be the better way to go.
