Doug McDermott, Justin Holiday and Oshea Brissett combine for 8+ made three-pointers

In the Pacers victory over the Hornets in the 9/10 play-in game, Doug McDermott shot 4-6 from three-point range, Justin Holiday shot 3-5 and Oshea Brissett shot 3-6. The three Pacers role players went a combined 10-17 from three-point range, which was a big reason why they were so successful.

Malcolm Brogdon, Domantas Sabonis and Caris LeVert have been the driving forces and main scorers of this Pacers team all season long, but Indiana’s role players will “make or break” their season. In order for Indiana to continue their playoff run and claim the 8-seed, these three guys will have to continue shooting at a high-level from three-point range.

Given how well they all have been playing and shooting from the perimeter, I expect McDermtt, Holiday and Brissett to combine for 8+ made three-pointers in the game against Washington Thursday night.

During the regular season, Doug McDermott, Justin Holiday and Oshea Brissett all shot over 38% from three-point range and given that the Wizards gave up the most points to their opponents during the regular season, as well as letting their opponents shoot 36.9% from three-point range, expect these three role players to once again have great shooting nights from three-point range.
