They finally have a competent front-office that values winning

One of the main reasons why this season has been a big success for the Knicks as an organization is because their front-office is finally full of guys who value winning. President Leon Rose and GM Scott Perry have done a fantastic job not only building this roster player wise, but making sure the coaching staff fits their player’s personalities and their play styles.

New York made the move to bring in Leon Rose last March and this move has really paid off for them, as Rose has helped bring a new aspect to this front-office. Before joining the Knicks, Leon Rose had spent years as one of the league’s best agents, representing players like Joel Embiid, Chris Paul and Karl-Anthony Towns.

Now, as the President of the New York Knicks, he has worked alongside GM Scott Perry to completely turn this roster around and make the Knicks a force in the Eastern Conference. Seeing as they have not been to the playoffs since 2013, it is safe to say that these two have done a pretty good job!

Star players around the league want to not only play for winning teams, but they want to go to teams with a stable front-office, something the Knicks have not had over the years. Now, not only do they have a great front-office, but Leon Rose is a guy who has a ton of relationships with some of the best players in the league, which should definitely pay off big time when they are looking to sign some of the league’s best talent in free agency.
