Indiana Pacers

The Pacers have been one of the most solid organizations in the league for quite some time now. They are usually a staple in the postseason and contend in the Eastern Conference. The Pacers are currently in the ninth spot in the conference and one game behind the Charlotte Hornets for the eighth seed. Victor Oladipo was finally sent away early in the year and Indiana landed Caris LeVert in the process.

The backcourt is solid for the Pacers with LeVert and Malcolm Brogdon. Indiana could be busy in the offseason if they decide to move either Brogdon or Domantas Sabonis. There are some financial decisions the team has to make. The draft could be a result of some of these moves happening.

Moses Moody would be a replacement if Brogdon is the one traded. He would bring a three-and-D player to a team that typically likes to compete on the defensive end of the floor. With LeVert, Moody would not have to be the focal point of the offense and could develop in an organization that does this well.

It will be interesting to see which direction the front office decides to go come draft night. Moody might not be there when the Pacers pick but if he is, it could be one of the steals of the night.
