At age 33, Stephen Curry is just now reaching the peak of his career
Many players begin to enter the peaks of their careers near their late-20’s and into their early 30’s, but Stephen Curry is putting together one of the best seasons of his career at the age of the 33. This season, Curry is averaging 31.3 points (league-high), 5.6 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.2 steals and is shooting 48.9% from the floor, 42.7% from three-point range and 91.7% from the free-throw line.
Compared to the 2015-16 season, when Curry was named the first unanimous league MVP in NBA history, it is safe to say that Steph is having an equal to, if not better season than he had five seasons ago!
Granted that he and the Warriors are without Klay Thompson this year and Curry is taking on more of the load offensively, he is still putting together an insane resume this year and as a result, could just now be entering the best years of his career.

Curry has had to be the main catalyst for the Warriors all season long and carry this team on his back all season long, yet he has shown no signs of wear and tear. He did miss some games earlier in the year due to a tailbone injury, but he has only gotten better since the season has gone on, which is a scary site for the rest of the league!
Not many players can sustain a ton of success into their mid-to-late 30’s, but Stephen Curry is no ordinary NBA player and we could see Curry continue to have this kind of success not just through the end of this year, but into future seasons as well.
