3 players that would make tanking worthwhile for the Pacers

Moses Moody, Arkansas Razorbacks, NCAA March Madness, 2021 NBA Draft

Moses Moody

Moses Moody is the player on this list that might be the easiest and most realistic to land. He quickly established himself as a lottery pick in one year at Arkansas. Moody is expected to be taken near the end of the top 10 and could even fall outside. This is a position that the Pacers could find their way into and it would land them a strong player on the offensive end of the floor.

Moody might not be the defensive stud that Indiana could look for but it would give them a prospect with a high ceiling offensively. He helped carry Arkansas deep into the NCAA Tournament as a freshman. Moses Moody averaged 16.8 points per game this season.

He turned the ball over a bit for the Razorbacks but when a player is trying to do too much, this usually happens. Moses Moody is a player that attempts to make plays at all times and it sometimes leads to turning the ball over. This cannot take anything away from the offensive productivity that Moody is capable of.

This is an intriguing aspect that the Pacers should be all in on. Moses Moody would give them even more help offensively in a position that would work. If Moody is not a top-10 pick, the Pacers could be looking to move up quickly on draft night.
