Cleveland Cavaliers

Ever since LeBron James left Cleveland in 2018, the Cavaliers have been trying to fix things roster wise as a franchise and they have done a really good job doing so to this point. Over the last few seasons, the Cavaliers have drafted guys like Collin Sexton, Darius Garland and this year, Isaac Okoro, as well as added guys like Larry Nance Jr, Jarrett Allen and Taurean Prince through trades.

As things stand right now, the Cavaliers have one of the better backcourt duos in the league with Sexton and Garland, as well as a really solid frontcourt with Nance Jr, Allen and former All-Star Kevin Love. Everything is in place for the Cavaliers to continue building themselves into something special, but it will just take time.

It could still be a couple of seasons before this team reaches its full potential, but the pieces are in place for Cleveland to once again turn themselves into one of the better teams in the Eastern Conference.

If the Cavaliers can figure out things on the wing and add more scoring talent to this team, they have a chance to become a great overall basketball team, especially since they are already one of the better defensive teams in the league. Jarrett Allen is a very underrated shot-blocker and the Cavaliers as a team give up the 11th fewest points to their opponents per game.

As long as they continue to believe in their youthful core and continue to add high-level talents around them through the NBA Draft, the Cleveland Cavaliers will continue to grow and eventually be a tough team to play in the Eastern Conference. Things do not happen overnight and they are still a few seasons away from reaching their full potential, but the Cavaliers definitely have a lot of potential and a ton of young, high-level talents on their roster.
