Make A Change At The Point Guard Position
Coby White was a first-round pick of the Chicago Bulls back in 2019. Since being selected with the seventh-overall pick, White has shown that he can carry the load at the point guard position. Leading up to the NBA trade deadline, we saw White begin being thrown into some NBA trade rumors and this is because he is showing great value. The Bulls could be looking for more of a proven commodity at the top of the offense.
This season, Coby White is averaging 14.4 points per contest and can get it done at all three levels. He is shooting 34% from the three-point line. The 6-foot-4 point guard is looking like a guard with a high ceiling moving forward. However, he’s not the type of point guard
If the Bulls want to upgrade, they can decide to send Coby White away while the value is still high. This would be a move to show fans the team is interested in winning right away. There will be some guards available in the offseason and White could be included in a package to get one.

This all comes down to if the Bulls see Coby White as the point guard of the future. Also, it depends on how quickly they believe they can compete. If White is now their guy, the Bulls have a chance to find a trade partner for their young guard.
