Orlando Magic Receive: Aron Baynes, 2021 First Round Pick

The Orlando Magic aren’t going to get a whole lot for Mo Bamba and a team like the Toronto Raptors could benefit from getting a bargain on the seven foot center. Bamba is a very raw prospect who could be one of the best centers in the NBA is developed correctly.

The Magic are lead by Nikola Vucevic at the center position and adding Aron Baynes would give them an immediate upgrade at the backup center position. Baynes is an experienced veteran who wouldn’t need much help to transition to the Magic’s defensive oriented team.

This is a very good trade for both sides, especially when you consider the low-risk factor from Toronto’s side. The Magic face no need to trade Vucevic given how effective he’s been, so why not find value for Bamba before his stock drops too much.
