Denver Nuggets – Terrence Ross
Since joining the Orlando Magic during the 2016-17 season, Terrence Ross has been a very reliable role player for them and has consistently been one of the better bench players in the entire league. This season, Ross is very much in the running for the Sixth Man of the Year award and could make a huge difference for the Nuggets in their second-unit.
With Gary Harris out and a void left behind by Jerami Grant, the Nuggets have struggled to find production in their second-unit on the wing, which is why bringing in Terrence Ross could help elevate the Nuggets back to championship status.
Ross is currently averaging 15.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.2 assists and is shooting 40.5% from the floor. His shooting numbers are not what they should be, but that is because almost half of this Magic team is injured and they have nobody else they can depend on for production.
Not only could Ross join the Nuggets and be their best player off-the-bench, but he could be a reliable third scoring option for them outside of Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray. This would be a major upgrade for Denver and would give them even more offensive firepower to compete for a championship.

With Orlando struggling this year, they could be more willing than ever to trade the veteran guard and for some young talents and draft picks, Ross could definitely be traded to Denver. The only question is whether or not the Nuggets would be willing to part with guys like R.J. Hampton, Bol Bol and/or Monte Morris.
Morris especially has carved out such a big role with the Nuggets, but the addition of a “spark” like Ross off-the-bench could help the Nuggets make it back to the Western Conference Finals. It is a hard decision to make, but the upside Ross presents to this Denver team is higher than any other player they could potentially trade for.
