New York Knicks Receive: Victor Oladipo

Victor Oladipo going to the New York would finally give the Knicks that star presence. They would have to extend him given the fact that he is in the final year of his contract. While he hasn’t been the same since his injury, it’s a risk worth taking.

The Knicks, for once, has some assets they will be able to send away in a deal and not handcuff the franchise. This includes some young players that could use a change of scenery. Kevin Knox and Frank Ntilikina immediately come to mind.

The Knicks also have some draft picks built up and could send one to the Rockets in order to entice them to move on from Victor Oladipo. It wouldn’t need to be a valuable by any stretch of the imagination given the circumstances.
