While He Likes To Be Center Of Attention, Kyrie Irving Likes To Win

It is no secret that Kyrie Irving likes to be the center of attention and he has proven that this season when he stepped away from the team due to personal reasons. It seems like Irving just needed a break from everything going on, which is fine, but this situation has caused some rifts between him and management.

At the end of the day, Kyrie Irving loves the game of basketball and when he is on the court, he only has one goal in mind — win the game at all costs. Kyrie is a winner and a fighter, as he proved so during his collegiate days at Duke when he got injured and all the way to winning a championship with the Cavs.

With another opportunity to win a championship right in front of him now, expect to see Kyrie Irving come back to the Brooklyn Nets and be a different player. He is not going to come back and cause problems, but instead, he is going to adapt to the new situation he is in. Adding James Harden to the team definitely changes the dynamic of the team and the production of everyone on the team, but at the end of the day, Kyrie Irving is still Kyrie Irving and he is going to get his opportunities to take over the game.

The only thing that needs to change with him is his willingness to better the team instead of himself and when he talks with Durant and Harden when he returns, I am almost certain that they will be able to solidify a game plan moving forward that all three of them agree on.

Sure, Kyrie Irving can be a “hot head” at times and tends to cause some drama, but at the end of the day, this guy wants to win and will do everything he can to make sure that the Brooklyn Nets are in a position to win a championship.
