The Russell Westbrook-for-Kyrie Irving swap would shake up the Eastern Conference right away. This is a chance for the Brooklyn Nets to reunite old teammates who found success in Oklahoma City and are still playing at an extremely high-level years later.

By sending Irving away, the Nets would also gain two first-round picks. While there is plenty of drama associated with Irving, he has more value than Westbrook given the age difference between the two players.

The Washington Wizards would get one of the top guards in the NBA, when on the floor. DeAndre Jordan is a big who would help solidify the frontcourt, especially given the season-ending injury to Thomas Bryant. The duo of Irving and Bradley Beal would be an exciting one to watch.
