Miami Heat
The Miami Heat are the most recent team in the James Harden saga, and a move to make a trade seemingly makes sense for both parties. The initial deal offered to the Houston Rockets for James Harden was Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson, and a future first round draft pick.
If the Heat could add a couple more draft picks to the mix, they just might have a deal to land the superstar. A deal to Houston should look something like Tyler Herro, KZ Okpala, and three future first-round draft picks to the Rockets in exchange for James Harden.
The Rockets would get a lot of stock for the future and a team-controlled shooting guard in Tyler Herro who’s currently averaging 14.3 points per game, 6.3 rebounds per game, and 4.7 assists per game to help build their future around.
The Heat would get another franchise player to form a strong nucleus around Jimmy Butler and Bam Adebayo. The heat need to add some help to their roster if they have any hopes of getting back to the NBA Finals, and trading for a man who’s arguably the best player in the NBA could be the move they need to make.
