This out-of-the-box trade sends Stephen Curry to the Pelicans

Golden State Warriors Receive: Eric Bledsoe, JJ Redick, Lonzo Ball, 2021 1st Round Pick, 2023 1st Round Pick, 2024 1st Round Pick (via LAL), 2025 1st Round Pick, 2025 1st Round Pick (via MIL)

Curry being sent to the Pelicans would certainly shock the basketball world and beyond. Joining Curry would be Marquese Chriss and Damion Lee. This would send an astronomical return back to Golden State.

The Pelicans would have to send back a huge mix of draft picks and players to the Warriors. The players are highlighted by Lonzo Ball, JJ Redick, and Eric Bledsoe. The real kick would be sending the Warriors five first-round picks in total. This would be one of the largest returns we have seen in a deal.

It isn’t likely to happen, but this would be a lot of fun to cover. Curry switching teams alone would be mind-blowing to most fans and media members.
