Why the Trade Benefits the Miami Heat
With the Miami Heat missing out on Giannis Antetokounmpo after he decided to sign a long-term extension with the Milwaukee Bucks, they could have their eyes on other stars next NBA offseason. That does not mean that they are done making moves to improve their team for the upcoming season.
Bradley Beal is an All-Star caliber player who would take the Heat’s offense to the next level. He is coming off a year where he average a career-high 30.5 points per contest. He is a lifetime Wizard and could benefit from a change of scenery with the team down at the moment.
Beal would be able to contribute to a contender in the conference right away. This would give the Heat some more options on both ends of the floor which would make them even harder to defend.
Miami was eliminated by the Los Angeles Lakers in the finals last season. They did not have enough firepower to compete with LeBron James and Anthony Davis. This is why they would like to add another superstar and Beal could be it.
