Toronto Raptors Receive: James Harden

Houston Rockets Receive: Kyle Lowry, OG Anunoby, Patrick McCaw, 2021 1st Round Pick (via TOR), 2023 1st Round Pick (via TOR), 2025 1st Round Pick (via TOR)

Harden would be on his way to Toronto, or Tampa Bay this season, in this deal. The Raptors know going in that it would not be cheap to acquire one of the best scorers in the league. However, this move would be worth the cost.

Kyle Lowry would be a huge piece in this deal going back to Houston. He would solidify the back-court along with John Wall. OG Anunoby and Patrick McCaw are two other promising players that could change hands in this deal.

Toronto would also have to send first-round draft capital to Houston to complete the deal. It’s a high price to pay, but both teams should find this deal intriguing and satisfactory in the end.

Let’s take a look and see how this trade would benefit each team moving forward.
