James Harden is still a member of the Houston Rockets as we begin to approach the preseason in the NBA. Houston has already traded away Russell Westbrook and could decide to unload Harden as well. If they do, he could be on his way to another contender like the Milwaukee Bucks.

Harden has been linked to other teams with high expectations such as the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers. He would require a huge return from any team interested. This is an intriguing situation for the Rockets, who have went through a complete overhaul of the front office and a head coaching change. 

The Milwaukee Bucks have their own situation to worry about regarding Giannis Antetokounmpo. It is unknown if he will re-sign with the Bucks before hitting free agency. It would help Milwaukee if they could land another superstar to pair with Giannis for the future.

As of now, the Bucks are a win-now team that has struggled in the postseason. To help turn things around, Milwaukee acquired Jrue Holiday earlier in the NBA offseason. This could change with one trade with the Rockets.
