4. Select Either LaMelo Ball Or Anthony Edwards

LaMelo Ball and Anthony Edwards have emerged as the top two prospects in the 2020 NBA Draft. It is clear that the Minnesota Timberwolves will take one of the two if they hang onto the No. 1 overall pick.

Both of these prospects land at the fourth option on this list because that is not what the Warriors need. Yes, Curry and Thompson are coming off injuries but there is no sign of slowing down for these two. It is fair to assume that the Splash Bros will return to form when they take the court in 2020-21.

Ball and Edwards are intriguing players who have great potential but there are other ways the Warriors can go that make a lot more sense than this. It’s not just all about the potential skill-set of the basketball player on the court, a prospect has to be a locker room fit.

During the 2020 NBA Draft, it would be surprising to see the Warriors draft a wing. This puts the Charlotte Hornets in a great position at No. 3 on the draft board.
