3. Select Deni Avdija

Deni Avdija is a name that has climbed up draft boards in recent weeks but no one knows too much about him. All we know is that he has great size and can handle the ball and shoot like a guard.

In a league where the stretch-four is very important, Avdija could be a valuable pick. He has been linked to the Golden State Warriors because they do not have a player like him.

At 6-foot-9, Avdija can defend any position and fits in well with what Golden State likes to do offensively. He runs the break well and can do it with or without the ball. Avdija is a strong shooter. His skill set will transfer into the NBA nicely. 

The only issue with this selection is that the Warriors might not have to use the second-overall pick on Avdija. He should fall to the middle of the top-10. This is where the next option comes into play.
