1. Los Angeles Lakers

One championship is not enough for LeBron James and the Lakers. They brought Anthony Davis to town to build another dynasty within the organization and they could continue by adding another superstar to the roster.

Los Angeles has player options on the roster along with expiring contracts. Players like Danny Green and Avery Bradley, if he opts in, could be moved in a trade. Talen Horton-Tucker is also an intriguing prospect because of his incredible young age of 19.

The Lakers are not concerned with first-round picks, as they will all be near the end of the draft. James was forced to do a large amount of the ball handling duties this season. And he did it well as he led the league in assists. Russell Westbrook would be able to take over and allow James to play off the ball.

The Lakers are looking to remain at the top of the Western Conference long-term. Adding another player, especially one of Westbrook’s caliber, would go a long way in achieving that goal.
