Why the Trade Benefits the Warriors

The Warriors currently hold the No. 2 pick in the NBA Draft and could be looking to move down. There will be teams interested and Golden State might be able to add another superstar to their roster.

This is something that is going to intrigue the Warriors. After a down season full of injuries, Golden State will be back near the top of the Western Conference with Steph Curry and Klay Thompson back. Kevin Durant is now in Brooklyn and the team could look to add another star.

That is where Paul George comes into play. After just one season with the Clippers, there are hard feelings. George would form another big three in Golden State in hopes of continuing the dynasty.

Andrew Wiggins is going to be a trade piece this offseason. Along with the second overall pick, the Warriors should be able to land a big name player or a big return of pieces for the upcoming season.
