1. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls need a lot of help. They currently hold the No. 4 pick in the 2020 NBA Draft but there is no guarantee LaMelo Ball slips out of the top three. They have turned into an extremely popular pick to move up a spot or two for Ball.

It would not come cheap for the Bulls but they have pieces to trade. To move up into the top-two, Chicago could part ways with Lauri Markannen and Wendell Carter Jr. The Bulls have a young roster and a new look front office that could be looking to make a splash.

As of now, Zach LaVine is still on the roster and the duo could be the foundation of a rebuilding effort. The Bulls also drafted Coby White with the No. 7 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft but the new regime doesn’t view him as a lead guard.

The Bulls need to continue to gather strong pieces through the NBA Draft. Rated the best point guard in the draft, Ball would give the team a cornerstone player to build around in the future.
