The difficulty for the Bucks in this trade is matching Griffin’s enormous salary.

Milwaukee has two options: Either trading a combination of two starters (Lopez and Bledsoe) plus Ilyasova, or parting with Khris Middleton and one more minor piece.

Either way, Milwaukee would have to dip into their starting lineup in this trade. By parting with Bledsoe and Lopez, the Bucks would be able to keep Middleton, alongside Antetokounmpo and Griffin.
