The Brooklyn Nets reportedly had interest in Holiday back in February before the pandemic struck.

When the 2020 trade deadline was approaching, the Nets and Pelicans had discussions centered around Holiday, according to Brian Windhorst.

Ultimately, a deal did not materialize at that time, but the Nets could have interest this offseason.

Once Kevin Durant makes his debut, and Steve Nash makes his coaching debut, the Nets will be in win-now mode. Adding a veteran such as Holiday to the mix could help the Nets down the stretch next season, and into the playoffs.
