According to NBA insider Michael Grange of Sportsnet, the New York Knicks are the “likely landing spot” for Toronto Raptors guard Bruce Brown.

The Raptors are asking for and have been offered a first-round pick for Brown, who was traded by the Indiana Pacers to the Raptors in the Pascal Siakam deal.

“While several teams have inquired about Brown, intrigued by his ability to work his way into almost any lineup along with his championship pedigree, the New York Knicks remain a possible or even likely landing spot, with Evan Fournier and his contract as the matching piece,” Grange wrote in his NBA column. “According to a league source, the Raptors are asking for and have been offered a first-round pick for Brown.”

Brown is averaging 11.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 2.8 assists this season while shooting 46.9% from the field, 33.1% from beyond the arc and 83.7% from the free-throw line. He’s making $22 million.

Brown signed a two-year, $45 million contract with the Pacers last summer. He has a club option worth $23 million for next season.

Before the Raptors lost to the Knicks at Madison Square Garden in January, Brown talked about potentially getting traded to New York.

“I am a dog,” Brown told The New York Post. “I play extremely hard on both ends of the floor. I can do just about whatever [Tom Thibodeau] needs me to do. … I love New York. I hated New York before I lived here, but as soon as I moved here, I loved it. Anytime you want to do something, you can go do it. Great restaurants, great city, I love being back.”
