According to NBA insider Jake Fischer of Yahoo Sports, the Los Angeles Lakers are trying to trade Gabe Vincent.
Vincent has only played in five games this season. He underwent left knee surgery in December.
“Let it be known that Los Angeles has also been including injured point guard Gabe Vincent, who’s played just five games due to a knee injury, in various trade talks, sources said,” Fischer wrote.
The Lakers signed Vincent to a three-year, $33 million contract last offseason in free agency. Vincent missed 23 games in a row before making his return to the court on December 20 against the Chicago Bulls. The guard finished with three points against the Bulls while shooting 1-of-4 from the field.
