Murray is averaging 20.3 points, 4.4 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.6 steals and 0.3 blocks for the Hawks this season while shooting 46.0% from the field, 38.2% from beyond the arc and 83.3% from the free-throw line.

The Knicks view Murray as a great fit with Jalen Brunson. However, Murray is represented by Rich Paul of Klutch Sports Group and Paul is reluctant to do business with the Knicks, who are led by president Leon Rose and executive vice president William Wesley.
